Can not get to work.

Have read all the documentation about this extension and can not get it to work. Have no problem getting the player to show up when not using extension. I would like to use the extension so I dont have to have 3,4 or 5 players on a page. Could someone who has this extension working please provide an example. Dont think the documentation explains it very well
